Eco-Affirmations

I have been reading a book that I was given by a green/organic skin care company that I am currently in love with and won’t mention until I am finished reading the book, but in the beginning of the book the author mentions healing herself inside & out. She starts off the book with quotes and affirmations. I never gave much thought to affirmations until I read this book. I myself am a very determined work-a-holic like the author. I look for different ways to push myself and my successes. Affirmations seem to be a simple way to focus your energy in a positive way. I hope our ECO-AFFIRMATIONS do the same for you!

I am confident that the path I journey on today leads me in the best direction for my soul’s progress. I do not worry about tomorrow. I choose to focus on today’s journey.

I am the perfect size, fit, happy, healthy, and wealthy, I have it all!!!!

Today will be a good day because I have decided it will be a good day.

Every aspect of my life is complete. My body is sunken into a pool of love. My soul is surrounded with calmness. My energy is balanced and gently flowing.

I hear what I say. I think and speak positively.

I am inspired by the world around me! I am creative and spontaneous! I am excited and full of life!

I am pure light of love. I am whole, well and free in everyway everyday!!

I am beautiful in every way. A light shines through me and inspires all.

I am healthy and happy. There is no illness that I can’t defeat. No illness can break my spirit.

If I have to express negative emotions, I do it only because I desire a positive solution.

I have gratitude and appreciation for what I have and let go of coveting what others have.

I am very blessed and lucky, even if I don not have a lot of material wealth.

Even if I am still surrounded by the old and outdated things I generated in my life, I vibrate with the new that is coming in before it appears.

I am living in a friendly universe.

The present is always here.

I recommit to truly being alive and seeing my life as the good thing it is.

I observe my negative addictions and engage in positive opposites instead.

I am forever a student and a master at the same time. Paradox can exist within me peacefully.

I accept and value myself, even in my “unrealized” state.

I now turn my past into light which I use to enrich my future.

I have all the answers to the questions I ask. If I quiet my mind and emotions, they appear.

I am grateful for all things in my life, even the small things.

I know the true lack in other parts of the world and realize that I am among the very fortunate

Compassion is the healing salve for all suffering.

Summer is for the children to play in water, laugh and sing. Summer time is for the children within us to do the same thing. I affirm that my inner child is free and open to explore that part of me that loves to play and have fun.
