<p>Instructions:</p>
<ol>
<li>Vertically cut the paper bags at the opening.</li>
<li>Open the bag and begin to twist at the bottom to make the tree trunk.</li>
<li>Twist the cut strips to make the branches.</li>
<li>Decorate as desired</li>
