Supplies:

Paper-towel rolls
Toiletpaper rolls
Construction paper
Eco-glue
Pipe Cleaner
Old rags or clot
Scissors
Fishing line or craft wire even an old wire hanger
Pompoms
Eyes
Any old bits and pieces from around the house you thought you could never use!

Directions:

Take a toilet paper roll and wrap black construction paper around it, glue on the bat wings, googly eyes, and add a nose and mouth! You can be as creative as you want try making ghosts too! You can use old tissue paper. You can use pipe cleaners to make mean witches! You can use the simplest of things to create the scariest of ghouls!! You can even try monsters! Use the fishing line, craft wire or old hangers to hang your decorations anywhere you like!

Scary Skeleton Scavenger Hunt

Supplies:

Cardboard
Large sheet of paper or cardboard
Marker
Construction Paper
Pencils
Index Cards
Decorations to decorate your Skeleton
White Paint
Scissors

Directions:

1. You can find stencils on the internet for your skeleton to trace the shapes or if you have a skeleton from previous decorations you can use that as long as you can take apart the pieces for hiding.

2. Trace out your pieces then cut out your skeleton.

3. Trace your complete skeleton decoration on a long sheet of paper old cardboard or even an old sheet.

4.Take the skeleton apart at its joints and hide the parts around your house or yard.

5. Next, make and decorate your index cards with spookie clues on them as to where the bones may be hidden. Try making the clues educational. Learn about the parts you are finding and what their functions are. Don’t make the clues too difficult. You want to make sure the game stays fun!

6. Hide the pieces around the yard or home but make sure to remember when you hid them so they don’t get lost.

7. Start to play! Remember you can decorate the cards, skeleton and the traced outline anyway you want! Use anything you find around your house! Make it as spookie as you want.

Instructions:

    1. Cover your workspace with a cloth
    2. Combine flour, salt, and water and stir until the mixture has a doughy consistency
    3. Shape into desired figures

    5. Microwave each ghost figure for 30 seconds at a time until the figure has become hard (approximately 2 – 2 1/2 minutes)
    6. Let cool
    7. Draw eyes and mouth
